We’re excited to announce the beta launch of Recall Capture™, the first recall automation platform purpose-built for mobile repairs, and the newest addition to our Mobile 360™ software suite.

Now in beta with several of the nation’s top dealer groups, Recall Capture is helping fixed ops teams close more recalls without adding headcount or requiring customers to visit the service bay. It’s a modern, mobile-first solution designed to increase completions, boost CSI, and unlock revenue that too often goes unclaimed.

Recall Capture by Spiffy, end-to-end recall automation for mobile repairs

Built to Streamline the Entire Recall Cycle

As part of the Mobile 360™ platform, Recall Capture automates every step of the recall workflow:

  • VIN detection and targeting
  • Customer outreach and scheduling
  • Technician dispatch through route-optimized van deployment

Its proprietary VIN prioritization engine identifies the recalls best suited for mobile repair, allowing service departments to work more efficiently, drive customer satisfaction, and free up bays for higher-margin work.

“Recall volume is at an all-time high, yet workflows haven’t kept pace,” said Karl Murphy, Spiffy Co-founder and CEO. “Recall Capture gives fixed ops teams an automated path to mobile completions—turning compliance into revenue. It’s built on over a decade of mobile service innovation that helps dealers grow fixed ops revenue while improving retention and CSI.”

Closing the Gap Between Detection and Completion

Most dealers can already detect open recalls digitally. But that’s often where the process stalls—when customers are asked to come back into the store.

Recall Capture removes that friction from the start. Customers self-schedule mobile repairs at their convenience, and Mobile 360 handles technician assignment and van dispatch automatically.

“We’re not just building another recall tool; we’re reimagining what mobile-first fixed ops can look like,” said Ryan Eade, Spiffy CTO and Head of Product. “Recall Capture brings together detection, outreach, scheduling, and repair in one seamless system that dealers can actually use at scale. It’s the result of years of boots-on-the-ground experience, now wrapped into one unified product.”

What’s Next: The Capture Roadmap

Recall Capture is the first release in our new Capture™ product family—built to automate high-impact fixed ops workflows through mobile service. Additional modules for inspections and prescheduled maintenance are already in development, with general availability for Recall Capture expected in Summer 2025.
