Scot is a long time industry thought leader about all things on-demand and he shares a simple concept that has fueled his business and life, using money as a tool to buy time.

Scot shares that the concept of “buying time” is becoming more accepted and prevalent with the growth of on-demand services. He also explains that today’s on-demand companies have evolved and implemented several important changes to their business, unlike the original on-demand companies.

Scot further shares tools that he believes help execute a successful on-demand business: reducing friction, lower prices, and services that exceed expectations.
