He has played an important role in elevating Spiffy’s presence in the automotive dealership community through strategic positioning, product marketing, and thought leadership.

As Director of Marketing, Peikes will lead Spiffy’s marketing organization across brand strategy, demand generation, product marketing, and communications. He will focus on expanding Spiffy’s market presence, supporting strategic client programs, and ensuring marketing efforts remain closely aligned with sales, product, and operational priorities as the company scales.

Addison DeJesus-Lessing Named Director of Client Success

Addison DeJesus-Lessing has played a central role in building trusted relationships with Spiffy’s partners and delivering measurable results across various roles. With experience leading client-facing teams and managing complex operational needs, he brings a dealer-centric approach to this expanded leadership role.

As Director of Client Success, DeJesus-Lessing will oversee client engagement strategy, onboarding and enablement, and long-term retention initiatives. He will work cross-functionally to ensure dealers and OEMs maximize the value of Spiffy’s platform while maintaining operational excellence and high service standards.
