Spiffy is excited to welcome Stephen Jackson as Vice President of OEM Partnerships, a strategic addition that reinforces the company's commitment to expanding relationships with automotive manufacturers, dealer groups, and enterprise partners.

Stephen joins Spiffy with more than a decade of experience spanning automotive technology, OEM engagement, enterprise sales, operations, and strategic partnerships. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for helping automotive organizations identify opportunities for growth while creating solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and long-term business performance.

Most recently, Stephen served as Vice President of Partnerships at UVeye, where he led strategic partnership and marketing initiatives focused on expanding adoption of AI-powered vehicle inspection technology. His work centered on OEM collaborations, dealer network engagement, and industry partnerships designed to help automotive organizations modernize their operations and enhance the customer experience.

Prior to UVeye, Stephen spent nearly four years at myKaarma, where he served as Director of OEM Engagement and Director of Enterprise Sales. In those roles, he worked directly with automotive manufacturers and some of the largest dealer groups in the United States, helping align technology solutions with aftersales operations, customer retention strategies, and long-term business objectives.

His automotive technology experience runs even deeper. Stephen was the co-founder of PocketExpert, a platform that established strategic partnerships with major OEMs including Audi of America, Volkswagen of America, and American Honda before being acquired by myKaarma. He also served as President of SMI Safety Maintenance Inspection, helping guide the organization through years of growth and ultimately contributing to its successful acquisition.

This combination of entrepreneurial leadership, OEM relationships, enterprise sales expertise, and operational experience makes Stephen uniquely positioned to help accelerate Spiffy's next phase of growth.

As Vice President of OEM Partnerships, Stephen's focus will be on expanding relationships with automotive manufacturers and large dealer groups that view mobile service, connected software, and customer convenience as critical components of the future automotive retail experience.

Over the past several years, Spiffy has built a unique position within the industry by combining mobile service operations, purpose-built software, and nationwide execution. The company has helped dealerships, fleets, and enterprise customers launch and scale mobile service programs while creating measurable improvements in efficiency, customer retention, and service accessibility.

As manufacturers continue looking for ways to extend their brands beyond the traditional dealership footprint, opportunities are emerging for partners capable of delivering both technology and operational expertise at scale.

Stephen will work closely with teams across sales, product, strategy, operations, and marketing to identify and develop partnerships that support those objectives. His experience navigating complex OEM relationships and enterprise opportunities will help further position Spiffy as a trusted partner for organizations looking to modernize service operations and create more convenient ownership experiences for customers.

His addition reflects more than a new hire. It represents Spiffy's continued investment in growth and its belief that OEM partnerships can play a significant role in accelerating software adoption, dealer engagement, mobile service expansion, and recurring revenue opportunities across the automotive industry.

Please join us in welcoming Stephen Jackson to the Spiffy team. We're excited about the experience, perspective, and relationships he brings to the organization, and even more excited about what we'll build together.
